Pour celle qui comme moi sont a la recherche d' idees de rangement de fils quand, par exemple, il y a une trentaine de fils a utiliser pour broder un motif... je vous conseille d'aller faire un petit tour chez notre amie Viviane B sur son blog http://needleandpins.blogspot.com/

Elle a fait un "ring floss tag" que je trouve genial. Une methode plus sym pas que celle que j'utilise et qui ne me donne pas entiere satisfaction :0(

Un magnifique encours, Taïcia, tout comme Déborah, aime les grands projets, mais elles ont toutes les deux une "aiguille turbo" :0)

Un sujet toujours très hivernal qui j'en suis sûre sera terminé pour la prochaine réunion... C'est à pâlir d'envie ;0)))

Comment font-elles ? Elles doivent broder 24h/24.

Cela fait 2 mois que Vicky n'a pas participé à nos reunions... un changement de travail et puis un accident de la route, heureusement sans trop de gravité, l'en ont empêchée.

Nous pensons bien à elle et espèrons qu'elle sera vite rétablie et de retour parmi nous.

Voici quelques un de ses ouvrages

A working change and then a road accident, fortunately without too much gravity, prevented her from it.

We indeed think about her and hope that she will recover quickly and be back among us.

Patchwork

Susan, l'artiste de notre club, s'est inspirée d'une oeuvre du peintre Kandisky pour créer ce magnifique patchwork qu'elle compte offrir, comme tapis de sol, à son petit-fils Eli.

En toute modestie, Susan se cache derrière cette superbe toile !

Susan, the artist of our cross-stitch club did this beautiful patchwork. She took her inspiration from one of Kandisky’s works. It’s a carpet for her grand-son, Eli.

Susan is very modest so she hides behind her superb work :0)

A nice owl embroidered on a reminder

et puis aussi ... un étui à ciseaux , un étui à dés, avec son joli dé dedans ...et un petit coeur, le tout découpé dans des chutes de cuir et enfin, un joli carnet brodé.

…and also a scissors-case, a thimble-case with a beautiful thimble inside, and a heart, all of them made in leather and finally a nice bloc-note with embroidery on it.
