Bonjour!
Depuis l'intervention, j'ai du mal a dormir...
J'ai pris des somniferes (comme tout le monde, lol) mais depuis quelque temps j'ai arrete, et les insomnies sont revenues.
Le pharmacien m'a donne des comprimes a la valeriane et passiflore mais ce n'est pas tres efficace...
Couchee a 1h et reveillee a 5h 30, je commence a accumuler de la fatigue
